Lunch @ Takayama
Takayma is known for its hida beef.
We had our lunch in one of the most recommended restaurant in town.
300g of A4 loin steak is definitely more than enough for two persons
To start off the course, we have salad with ham.
Nice crispy freshly baked bread to go with butter.

It was quite a treat to see how the chef prepared the meal for 9 persons!
It's definitely well-planned and executed :)

An interesting but not quite practical/ convenient layout - one would enter the dressing table area (and the bathroom) first before entering the bed room. In other words, as long as one is using the bathroom, the other person might not leave the room at all!
